Peak 301 is a USDA-certified biobased product that soaks into the shingle and chemically corrects the oils in the asphalt shingles down to their core. The Molecular reactions inside the shingles target the effects of age, weather, and wear. They do that by restoring the flexibility of the shingle by nearly 50%, resulting in a more durable shingle to withstand all of Iowa’s unpredictable weather.
